People are speculating Government overreach using FEMA to bulldoze and take the land of Chimney Rock for Lithium Reserves. That’s the theory.
And some people are theorizing that Hurricane Helen’s course was modified by weather control mechanisms that are well documented in Navy and GE Research (Project CIRRUS and Project STORM FURY)
Does that mean the government is using weather machines? Maybe. I personally think it’s within the realm of feasibility.
Does that mean the government has capabilities to modify weather to -some- extent? Yes, well documented in the projects above.
Whether it was fined tuned to the results desired or not, is left open to debate. Whether these actions had NO EFFECT, is a downright lie. That would ignore the butterfly effect of meteorology and the case use of SAI’s. Which are actively used in the world.
In Closing
People are blaming government and Black Rock and Vanguard for the land grab for bulldozing a town and choking it out via access roads it refuses to build in a timely manner for saving the lives of those involved, additionally FEMA would rather put up a gate to block access of the make shift roads to kill the town.
It’s either malicious or beyond negligence. People are hinting and theorizing that it is malicious.
