>You have to pay a tax on bottles to use the plastics
>The majority of plastics are compacted and put in landfills

>Most of the landfills either gets buried, burned, or shipped to China
>China is upset and pollutes because US and the West are dumping trash on them

Only about <5% of plastics are recycling
