I’m not shitting you,
Elon Musk revealed to most of the public, that the Federal Retirement process is limited by about 1,000 people, and a rickety old elevator to a limestone mine shaft.
I’m not making this up, this isn’t hyperbole (There should be a video out there about it as well, he said it Infront of the Camera’s in the White house).
They process your (if you’re federal) retirement by storing things in a limestone mine shaft, like some form of Draconic Goblin shit. “Ah, yes, PAPERS!, me thinks me hide papers in my limestone Cave”
Someone called it out in 2012;

Enjoy this headline;
Idk if this is by design to preserves people’s pensions or what. Is this really the best for of economic storage rather than, idk, five RAID backup servers and Hard Wallets or even Blockchain technology ledgers replicated on a non SSD Hard Drive with multiple copies stored in an EMP proof Faraday Cage?
You can probably store more electronic ledgers than 10,000 at any given one operation of an elevator shaft. Seems inefficient.
But also, maybe not store them in a limestone mine?
But also, maybe we don’t need all these federal jobs therefore we wouldn’t need to offer as much federal retirement? Idk.
My tin foil hat ass,
Believes that since FIAT money is debt and Social Security is akin to a CUSIP, that Limestone Mine shaft full of Federal Retirement paperwork is akin to FIAT debt gold.
It’s a Dragon’s lair, instead of piles of gold, it’s retirement paperwork.
This is of course, a conspiracy theory or alternative theory that bases itself on a shit ton of assumptions.
In Closing
I’m not making shit up, this is -indeed- fucking insane, enjoy the clown world.
Retirement is arguably a scam, especially if they keep changing the rules, but to have your retirement be physically blocked because a mine shaft elevator stopped, then, uh, get fucked?
I would rather store Government Cheese for the people in these mine shafts than retirement paperwork. My opinion. (While we’re at it, let’s store government wine barrels too).
