California primed and headed a legislation that made it illegal and a punishable offense for Truancy.

What is Truancy for those that don’t know? It’s missing school.

Yes, parents were penalized and fined and even jailed for not sending their kids to school.

Penal Code 270.1a PC – failing to supervise a child’s school attendance. Misdemeanor convictions carry up to: 1 year of county jail time, and. $2,500 in fines.

The State, the Government, made it a crime for not allowing kids to attend school. Regardless of your own reasons, regardless if you’re sick or have other issues or pressing matters, it was now a Jailable offense (which means you get arrested and are held prior to a conviction). Innocent before proven guilty isn’t a thing here.

Why did the government do this? So they could reap tax losses from Federal funding.

I shit you not, they punished and fined people for not sending their kids in school so that the state can get more money in a greedy world.

People were arrested and jailed for truancy, and -in some cases- the kids were doing just fine in school with GPAs higher than 3.0.

As a side note;

Agenda 47 has granted 10k in child credits for homeschool children, so (eventually if true) fuck California.

As an additional side note, this specific case of California Truancy was enacted by the 46th President’s vice president, Kamala Harris.

Gotta admit, I hate this shit a lot.

The Scam behind it;

The government forcing you to send your kid to their school where they can brainwash your kids while you and your spouse work three jobs to make ends meet, is a way to divide the house and get you to be flabberghasted as your kids are inevitably prescribed medical treatment and psychology and ideological subversion.

The fact that kids have to spend a majority of their time with government to teach them how to live life, rather than be in their culture being taught by their parents. Is both good and bad depending on how shit the parents are. But having adults work 9 to 5 and other issues complicates the totality of education, and instead of teaching kids how to live a good life, they get forced fed some dumb shit in California’s education system that talks more about sex and gender and how math is racist than home ec or writing and reading comprehension skills.

Brain wash your kids while you work to survive.

And the worst part is, this is openly admitted to being done to harvest tax losses from the federal government for poor attendance.

In Closing,

California is a failed state, you can’t change my mind, I’ll change it when I see it myself.

It’s bad when the state wants to indoctrinate your children, you’re subverting yourself and handing off your first born and offsprings for an ideological lobotomy in some cases. That’s gross.

And other states that want to radicalize children to either sides of the ideological spectrum, is also gross. Fuck any state that wants to do this.

The Government having powers to jail you for not complying with their directives, is basically kidnapping and unlawful detainment. That’s what truancy enforcement is.
