And then mentions that there could be a limitation to reach, which implies shadow banning and non-organic distribution of content.

Corporations and Governments are now using censorship and legislative bans to change public opinion en masse.

Corporations influence governments to impose legislative bans on content.

And Governments influence Corporations to impose Fascistic control of media narratives and speech.

Yea, the two are in the same pot and are banning content and curtailing second opinions or alternative facts.

Twitter was corrupted when protestors could collectively organize to protest governments across the world. The people in power didn’t want that. Even after rebranding itself, not much has changed about it. Hence even the recent X ban in Pakistan.

The US Government has made concerted efforts recently to ban TikTok in HR7521, even after the limitations and sanctions imposed by the RESTRICT ACT earlier last year. Seems like everyone wants to be a fascist nowadays.

Surveillance Capitalism is partly influenced by Data, and speech itself is Data.
