Old Keynes Quote in Action

Back in the day when a million dollars was something, An economist named Keynes said something to the effect of;

If you owe your bank a hundred pounds, you have a problem. But if you owe a million, it has.

And guess what? Someone said the same thing but in person and got it published/parroted in the news;

Back in the olden days, if you owed a fuckton to some people, you’d be on the next train to Siberia, a long train ride indeed.

But nowadays, you can just shirk responsibility because money is made up anyways. Ain’t life Grand?

In Closing,

I have nothing of value to provide other than this cross referenced critique of science fiction.

It’s science fiction because an Economist is technically a Scientist, and it’s fiction turned reality because it was a funny quote turned true. Which proverb do you like more?

Too big to fail. Or. The Bigger they are, the harder they fall.

Idk, I wouldn’t bet on anything, because, well, No Safe Bets.
