America is a chaotic abomination and our food culture reflects our lack of self care. We’re literally processing our pasta into Teflon materials that coat the outside of the pasta in a smooth finish, leading to some trace amounts of Teflon in our pasta.
Here are pictures to brainwash you;

That silky smooth plastic-y finish? That’s thanks to the not stick frictionless of Teflon;

Do you want soupy spaghet?

Now that you’re properly brainwashed into how shit food culture is in America, I want you to go out to a local pizza place that sells Margherita Pizza and then realize how fucked America is.
It’s bad.

With each cheese only Margherita American Abomination we disrespect the Queen and Brick ovens.
With each pasta noodle and each failed pie, we stray further and further from God.
These are troubling times dear way finder, I know not the path forward into descending the abyss.
Side note
There is no evidence currently out there that I’ve found for any amount of Teflon to be put into the pasta from Teflon Dies.
It’s just that Teflon is faster for making pasta and less messy, so they can make more mass produced lifeless noodles to sell cheap to Americans that buy the cheaper option thinking there’s no difference.
Essentially, the reason why so many things are made is because people keep buying them.
If it’s cheaper and in our “budget”, then it’s a reflection of American Society and Consumerism to betray good tastes and quality of life for what’s convenient, even as the prices for cheap things no longer become cheap. Essentially we betray ourselves for voting for things that end up giving us less and less, like a poison or a drug dealer, we’re addicted to cheap.
My hypothesis is that being poor, and accepting poor results, leads to continuation of being poor. Cheap is not the same as great value for low price or frugality. The extra pennies we save are sawdust compared to the tree branch in our souls.
Every time you order fast food, that’s not fast, nor cheap, nor food, you’re unintentionally degrading yourself. My opinion. You are what you eat, and you are what you consume, a reflection of your actions and habits leads to your character and your representation of the soul. Seek instead, long term providence and wealth, a tree that bears fruit, rather than short convenience and instant gratification.
Look at all the manufactured items around you, made in China? Yea, you and the corpos that leverage globalization trade and outsourcing have created this economy that you partake in. Outsourcing American Industry and manufacturing for more profits or cheaper products. Less job prospects, betraying your nation for pennies. Are the politicians and greed really your concern? Your future progeny will have to suffer from the purchasing decisions that you and your cohorts made in your lifetime. Most people will shirk responsibility, and the tragedy of the commons is something we suffer for.
You Vote with every dollar you spend. Your decision to reject that ideal is ignorance. You may deny that reality, but you cannot ignore it’s consequences.
In Closing
Food Culture is a reflection of society, and religion and customs and tradition and other things. It’s a testament to traditionalism and our psychological interdependencies.
Americans laugh at making fun of Italians for respecting their food to a level beyond what the Bohemian and Godless American can comprehend.
Yet Americans lack of self reflection in realizing that they’ve betrayed themselves for nothing and stand for nothing based on their diet and consumption. Even American Cuisine taste like ass. We pay for trash and shovel it in our throats.
At the bare minimum, food should taste good as fuck. And I don’t know if you’ve traveled the world, but American Food is not at the top.
