There’s an interesting antinatalist (shocking, I know) article on Substack about how the childfree people are ungovernable, and I tend to want to extrapolate on that.
The article is here for those that want to read;

Small companies – perspective
Typically if the company is small and morally and ethically righteous, they’ll have this capacity for empathy which includes giving a pass and favoritism and understanding for people’s situations.
Meaning if you have to take care of your wife or kids or other emergent issues, in the form of empathy they’ll allow you to do that.
Hell, in smaller cultures and societies in the far east, they’ll consider your family life to be a part of an extended family of their lives. They’d go out of their way to ensure you’re good, as long as you’re a good person in return.
It has to do with the psychology as well, people like building rapport, and in that sense people like people that remind them of themselves. So when you’re a business owner, chances are you either have a family and are well established. If you don’t have a family, then you’re either miserable or your business is rocky and can’t support you having a family. Any case, people with families can relate to people with families, your son’s base ball game? Oh yea, boss knows. Relatable.
Additionally, people who have families get it. Single people don’t understand the dynamics or value of creating another human being from birth. And even then, some parents are absolutely shit and don’t understand either. But the point stands that people assume a priori that if you have a family, then you’re a ‘family guy’ or ‘family man’ and that you get the value and ethos of conservative culture and traditionalism with living life. It’s arguably a interstitial political affair as well.
It’s typical in Machismo male culture to joke about the wife as ‘the old ball and chain’, but that also broadly applies to children and any form of debt (especially if the debt has lots of interest).

So obviously people with established families would receive raises and extra pay and leniency to help them get by. Thus the society would favor the workers with kids.
Corporations – perspective
In the corporate policy setting of bots running on corporate policies and procedures, they tend to favor debt slaves.
People with debt are not a flight risk. If people don’t have debt, and they’re single, chances are it’s easy for them to move even out of state and do what they want.
But people who recently graduated college, usually have student loans. People who buy houses, typically have a mortgage. And people who have kids, well, they have all sorts of fees and debt.
The HR departments typically have a bunch of either senile old cat ladies that have a Karen level of Zeal for corporate policy or family oriented people that would focus on other relatable workers and spheres of influence.

So, Corporations will favor paying and keeping these people because they’re more likely to be a better debt slave, and they’ll less likely bite the hand that feeds them because there are more people depending on them to have a job and steady work.
Typically you’ll see a lot of the people with families be promoted or higher ranked in the corporate structure, and this also applies to the military structure as well. High ranking officers are scrutinized for being single. It’s a political thing, whether you’re in the corporate setting or a government position.
A grateful worker is a compliant and diligent worker. They want blind obedient dogs to work.
Someone who doesn’t need the job, nor the money, can easily tell corporations to fuck off.
Economies – at scale
The Government wants more tax slaves, they’d tax the shit out of you before you are born if they could.
So naturally a bunch of bird brain number crunching economists will talk about labor market and something about “who’s going to carry all the boats” in terms of meeting supply and demand of ‘human capital’.
The taxes and laws are written in a way to typically favor children bearing houses with tax credits and deductions for extra people. In fact, most of the studies are done typically on family households with a ‘head of the house’ criterion rather than single individual households.

Typically, single family homes are the ones needing more shit. They are looking to upgrade their apartment to buy a home, they’re looking for extra cars or mini vans, they have more mouths to feed so they typically buy more groceries. From a consumerist perspective, a house of five eats and spends more than a van-life of one.
And of course the government loves having more human capital to help handle labor markets and provide value and services to the government, which it recoups in taxes through almost virtually every exchange of currency.
Also, people who have families tend to not resort to extremist activities in order to preserve their families. Hard to feed your family when you’re in prison.
Global Perspective;
Most people don’t feel secure enough with a nest egg of a home or money to support a family. It’s expensive to have kids. Cost of living is shit, Climate is shit, there’s poison everywhere, Inflation is shit, politics is shit, taxes and debt are shit, most governments are shit, arguably life is shit. Also arguably higher intelligence or IQ people are psyop’d into believing that it is more moral to not bring in another debt slave into the world.
The digital culture of information and memes have virulently spread a culture of anti-natalism. Calling children as ‘crotch goblins’ and glorifying having a dog or cat and no kids. Also they see children as liabilities and a loss of sleep which is meant to be relatable to other parents, but is taken as an advertisement for anti-natalism.

That’s partly why Dink couples exist (Dual Income, No Kids), they’d rather live their lives in freedom then be chained to procreation and perpetuation of society, regardless of whether it’s moral or fulfilling.
But people who just live in the moment don’t worry or stress out about that shit and just have kids because sex feels great. A sort of tragedy of the commons by the commons, especially if the common-person is not well equip to have a stable income or life or even emotional intelligence to manage a human being. Because, statistically, no one is. So chances are, the smart people die out because -reasons- and now the mantle is on the leftover people to become ‘smart’ and die out.
And you can see the population pyramids around modern countries sort of Christmas tree themselves or are set in conditions that could be prone to christmas treeing;

All in all, if a society doesn’t have enough population to replace the previous, you’ll run into Japan’s problem of having to ask people to have sex or import Japanese people that emigrated away from Japan. Lots of potential for a self inflicted ethnic genocidal-suicide event for people to just not have kids and lose their culture and language and erase their ethnic identity by doing so.
You can already see the imported immigration or ‘qualified’ visa workers in most Western Countries. From a labor market perspective, the economists will say this is a ‘good’ thing. Ha.
Or they’ll replace their missing work force with automation, Ai, and robots that commit suicide because they find their work meaningless as opposed to humans who have meaning beyond work.
All in all, if you don’t have humanity produce children, well, chances are, we humans won’t be around.
In Closing
Arguably it’s a classist perspective in a financial economy. Those who can ‘afford’ to have children will. Thus births are arguably controlled by the ‘free market’ of the economy without a formal license to have children. And those deemed too poor or whatnot can have their children taken from them too. It’s all kinds of fucked.
Also there’s a human trafficking and pedophile epidemic that barely anyone is covering, with grooming culture and rape gangs and worse. That and school shootings and other shit. People are mentally unstable in society, and you want to try to protect your child in an unsafe society? Yikes.
All I’m saying is that society favors debt slaves, because a rolling stone gathers no moss. So they prefer people shackled to their way of life in the same job for forty years and providing stability as a pillar of the working class. A company thrives off of a field of stones with moss (seeing as corporate wage theft is profitable).
As opposed to free radical energy people that have F.U. Money and can reasonably do nothing all day. In fact, society hates the non-tax payer from a social conditioning perspective and from a legal perspective. They especially hate the homeless. I’ve seen Judges and Cops discriminate on someone for not working a job, and they’ll even violate the constitution in their discrimination. It’s fucking bonkers these retards (some/most times).
They’d rather have you raise your contributions to society through bullshit jobs than have you do nothing. They want to track and measure your social credit score or your financial credit score, because debt builds credit history. And a debt slave is a slave which means taxes and more.
All in all, they want to print more money by using debt backed fiat. So the more debt you are to society, the more valuable and consumerist you become. The more the business owners and governments love it.
That’s just how things are. I don’t agree with anti-natalism, but they’ll thin themselves out. I mean, what are they going to do, spread anti-natalism to their kids? No, they don’t reproduce, they’d have to groom others. Duh.

P.S.
There’s a conspiracy/well-grounded-theory that people who can’t have children or hate children are spreading anti-natalist sentiment as a way to backlash against the world and hurt others from living that lifestyle that they’re Freudianly projecting and secretly admiring. Something about, you should have a ‘hoe phase’ and ‘being a slut is so empowering’ while simultaneously shaming people for wanting families and babies. Where they’d rather women ‘girl boss’ themselves into a high corporate position on the ladder than have children, and instead become disgruntled cat ladies that die in obscurity. Hate begets hate, what can I say?
