Aluminum Cookware is a Scam

Alright, this is gonna dive into some math about aluminum poisoning using aluminum cookware.

TLDR, get rid of aluminum and go to copper or iron, but also the water is shit and fluoridated.

Also, depending on your composition of stainless steel, it could also contain aluminum- but that depends on it’s metallurgy and how it’s doped. Typically the food grade stainless steal is 304 and 316 and that doesn’t have aluminum. But who’s to say some of the manufacturing processes might add small but negligible amounts? (You’re probably alright to have stainless steel, just don’t have that plastic Teflon shit on it)

Aluminum is used for cook ware because it has the property to mimic stainless steel by creating an aluminum oxide coating on it’s surface. This is good for cleaning, it’s bad when it’s scratched because it can scratch off flakes of aluminum oxide on your food and the scratches create porous surfaces which makes it even more susceptible to flaking. So, probably not a good idea to clean with an abrasive surface or cook with metal cookware.

Additionally, it forms on the surface, so the larger the surface, the slightly more aluminum oxide you might have in your food. It’s a small amount, but the right amount to have in your body is probably -zero-, so, you know, keeping score of things in mind here.

At normal room temperature, aluminum oxide is naturally produced. It’s technically fast acting clear rust without the iron, that’s probably the easiest way to describe it. This Aluminum rust forms more when you stress the chemical reaction by adding heat. So more aluminum oxide forms with more heat. Which is great news if you cook with it, because now you get more.

The flakes of aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) coating from aluminum is viewed as generally safe to consume.

But if you eat it, and it’s in you, then it breaks down in the Hydrochloric acid of your stomach.

And results in Aluminum Chloride(AlCl₃) which is bad for you. -and of course that means that the above statement about eating Aluminum Oxide is wrong and dumb;

Literally eating things that turn into poison in your stomach.

But wait, there’s more. (RIP Billy May’s, I remember you saying that shit)

So you know how we have flouride in our water? Yea, turns out that reacts with aluminum, creating aluminum fluoride (AlF₃). This reaction is stressed by temperature and acidity or pH. So if you add the drinking/tap water and add more heat or add lime or lemon juice or vinegar, chances are, you’ll have more Aluminum Flouride.

On the bright side, most Americans are fat as fuck, meaning we weigh on average about 200 pounds or 90kg. Meaning that it’ll take about a hefty amount of aluminum fluoride from food to kill us. If you’re 90kg then that’s 9 grams to kill about half of us. Odds that you don’t want to take if there’s no reward.

You know what else is in our water besides Fluoride? Aluminum;

but that’s a lot smaller of an amount than the amount you can get from cooking and scraping aluminum:

Which has a low limit established by the EPA;

Which implies that Aluminum in the water is more of a concern than Fluoride. . .

Which, if you’re in specific areas, then you’re getting poisoned beyond the EPA set limites;

1,000ppb is equivalent to 1mg/L, so 5,800ppb is 5.8mg/L. Not good.

Point is, this shit isn’t good for you, and you can literally die. So what’s the correct amount? If I were to guess again, probably -zero-.

Anyways, here’s Chat GPT

-with math and shit on exceeding aluminum intake:

In older pots, you can leak more aluminum. But if we’re being realistic, I guess we can shoot for the middle between none and 2mg/L, and go for 1mg/L.

If we go by 1mg/L, then 1 cup of water would exceed the aluminum safe guidelines provided by the EPA. The WHO has a bit more leeway, and you might need 400 or more cups per their weekly intake. Which rounds down to about 60 or so a day.

Meaning if you cook soup or ramen or anything with more than a cup of water, then you’re probably getting a nice dose of above-the-safety-levels set by the EPA. But you’re under the WHO limit.

You gotta remember too, if you boil water then some of that shit evaporates, so it’s more concentrated aluminum (as well as fluoride). That doesn’t mean you’re getting more aluminum or fluoride, that just means you’re getting a tighter punch instead of a wide slap.

How fast does aluminum leave the body?

Some of it just passes through your system and goes straight into fecal matter, poop.

In healthy, non obese or sick people, it leaves the blood with a half life of 1-2 days. If you know anything about reducing concentration to nothing, then it takes about 5 half lives to get it down to negligible levels. Meaning it can take about 5 to 10 days for the aluminum to be reduced to nothing from the blood.

And that’s not factoring the absorption of your kidney health to filter out your blood into urine.

But the biggest part, is that it is in bones or brains, it may take several years to get the aluminum out. So you could be poisoning yourself with small trace amounts of aluminum over your life.

Yes, that’s right, to add further; Aluminum and fluoride independently can cross the Blood Brain Barrier, meaning it can go from your blood and into your brain;

But did you know that they both can combine and facilitate more transfer pass the blood brain barrier?

Also, keep in mind that the 5-10 days or so to reduce your aluminum down to negligible nothing, is not factoring in you eating more shit from your aluminum cookware.

Point is, any amount of aluminum in your body- some of that is going into your blood -and some of it is getting deposited in your bones and brain for years.

So what does aluminum poisoning do?

Just keep in mind, that there are OTHER STUDIES to suggest that aluminum isn’t a concern. But let’s atleast explore the risks.

Some research says that aluminum poisoning may create conditions for early onset of Alzheimers. Maybe, maybe not.

This one basically says the aluminum in public drinking water in Ontario Canada, might pose a cause for concern and pose a risk or connection to Alzheimer’s.

PMID: 30315448

So, yea, it could cause Alzheimer’s.

And it could cause bone irregularities or other chronic problems;

That bad back and knee and joint pain? Well, it might not be from old age but rather old and long time chronic exposure to subtly poisoning yourself. Congratulations.

The last bit of the screenshot above, is that US average eats about 7-9 mg of aluminum per day. That’s Ai answers for you, but that’s also alarming, because again, the right answer is probably -zero-.

Anyways, here’s some other articles on aluminum poisoning;

Do your own digging if you want, this shit is online.

And aluminum poisoning could also damage teeth, kidneys, and the nervous system. It also has the chance to aid in kidney stone formation.

To Detox;

I wish I could just spread doom and gloom and fear in your shit, but I’m also not that much of an asshole.

You can take chelating elements to remove some of the aluminum in your system. These are called ‘bouncers’ or whatever the fuck. Here are some of it;

Also, worth noting, that Chlorella or the Cilantro is probably the safer thing to use, then other chemicals without consulting a healthcare professional. You know, I’m not a real doctor. I’m a shitposter.

And some study conducted in private has alleged data to support that fasting can help reduce aluminum;

Additionally from Chat GPT, a healthy amount of working out and intake of not poison may help reduce bone levels of Aluminum;

If you want to avoid aluminum poisoning, consider alternative sources of water, consider not scrubbing your aluminum pans, consider cooking with non-metal cookware like wood or you know, get rid of the aluminum cookware.

Hopefully RFK jr. helps to push out the fluoride in our drinking and tap water. But who knows what that’ll do to the pipes or the people, we might get like enlightened from decalcifying our pineal gland and then reality gets weirder. But, whatever.

As a side note

If you’re an average soda enjoyer or some shit, you get your pick of very small trace amounts between aluminum or microplastics;

What, you want to drink out of a glass bottle? Yea, well, I want cocaine back in my coke too. Me too, I want Glass bottles too. also, aluminum cans might have a plastic lining on the inside, so chances are, you might just be consuming microplastics instead.

The optical illusion of free will, you might have gotten had by the can.

In Closing

Aluminum cookware is likely slowly slowly poisoning you over time.

Source: All of the above.

Is this a nefarious plot by healthcare behemoths to extract more wealth from failing conditions in health? Maybe not. There’s no strong correlation that the health care companies pushed any of this since this came out in pre/early 1900s prior to Flexner Report and the corruption of Healthcare. This is also prior to having a lot of evidence on the effects of aluminum and all the various bone and brain health studies, seeing as the poison from cookware is most likely long term and chronic.

It’s more likely that people with spare aluminum wanted to make money recycling their spent and small scrapings of aluminum products from various sources, like industrial scrap metal. Which isn’t a bad thing, it’s technically recycling. But it’s also sort of bad, because it’s technically poisoning us;

But in any case, the science and literature on this is really strong, suggesting that we don’t use aluminum as cookware. Is the healthcare companies suppressing this science and recommendations? Maybe, I don’t have any evidence currently to say they do, but It’s not out of the realm of feasibility. Highly plausible in reality. Still need proof to prove things here.

Anyways, you do you, I’ll do me, and life goes one.
