To raise minimum wage of Fast Food Franchise to $20 an hour.
In the law, known as Fast Food Accountability and Standards Recovery Act (FAST Act)
There is an exception for bread stand alone fast food joints;
Per CFR Title 21 B 1 Part 136;
Resulting in question raised at campaign donations and backroom deals with companies like Panera Bread.

The backroom deals of bribery or donation or lobbying or whatever, seem to be blatantly obvious and is even openly being mentioned.

The Governor of California literally said “part of sausage-making” which is evidence of a widely known concept that shouldn’t surprise anyone but still does.
Also, my opinion, but if you ate Panera bread during the early 2000’s then you know how fucking shit the quality of their food is nowadays. Idk what’s up with Americans, but I swear to god a lot of them don’t have any taste buds.
My personal angle in all of this, is Fast Food is Shit, and Bread should be cheap, I doubt cost savings will be given to the average consumer.
